REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are ONLY available on the same day of booking and must be requested before 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time by way of phone (951) 327-9239 Available 24 Hours * Calls may be recorded for quality assurance.
When our clients pre-pay and book their appointment times, they are reserving a particular date and time for their inspection period; deeming the selected time slot “inaccessible” to others who desire or prefer the same date and time.
We reserve the right to issue future inspection credit to clients who have not utilized their inspection. To use an inspection for a future date, cancellations must be made 4 hours before the appointment date and time. We reserve the right to fill an appointment time slot once an appointment has been cancelled.
We stand behind our policy and our policy is non-negotiable. If you do not agree to these terms, do not pre-pay, initial or sign. We do not set an expiration date for future credited Home Inspections.
As a courtesy, you may reschedule your appointment for the same property or another property, based on our availability or you may gift your unused home inspection credit to a third party. By continuing, you acknowledge that you have read you understand the refund policy.
